What are you going to do?

  • As an all-round customer service & e-commerce employee, you work independently and in a team on:
  • Maintaining the webshop
  • Adding new products to the webshop
  • Optimizing online visibility
  • Contact with customers
  • Processing orders and returns

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented colleague who gets energy from helping customers and (co-)managing a webshop. You are a strong communicator, accurate and think in solutions. You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have at least an MBO work and thinking level.
  • You have experience with Shopify, online inventory management and SEO.
  • You can work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and you are proficient in German and English.
  • You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • An affinity with water sports and/or diesel engines is an advantage.
