Refund policy

You can change or return the purchased items within 14 days after receiving your package, but ONLY if the parts are still in the same condition and sealed and as long as the original packaging is not damaged.

All (and only) our reconditioned exchange engines and exchange parts have a 3-month or 1-year warranty, inquire about the warranty conditions per item.
Used engines cannot be returned.

Send us an e-mail to let us know what and why you would like to return it. Also add your bank details and we will send you a receipt that you can add to the goods.
