Volvo Penta exhaust hose for wet exhaust systems

This flexible Volvo Penta exhaust hose is suitable for water-cooled marine exhaust systems and is sold by the meter. The hose complies with ISO 13363 type 2 and SAE J 2006 type R2. Thanks to its small minimum bend radius, the hose is easy to install, even where space is limited.

The exhaust hose is reinforced with synthetic textile layers and an embedded steel wire spiral. The smooth inner surface helps limit exhaust back pressure. The exterior is also smooth.

A water-cooled exhaust system keeps the exhaust pipe temperature low, allowing rubber exhaust hoses to be used. The system also effectively reduces exhaust noise and is compact and lightweight.

When choosing a hose, check the part number and the corresponding minimum bend radius. Order the recommended stainless steel hose clamps separately:

  • Exhaust hose 1140664: minimum bend radius 200 mm. Recommended hose clamp: 961669.
  • Exhaust hose 1140670: minimum bend radius 305 mm. Recommended hose clamp: 961672.
  • Exhaust hose 1140671: minimum bend radius 355 mm. Recommended hose clamp: 961674.
